Kim Joins Hersham Place

Hersham Place Technology Park has appointed a sales and marketing assistant amid growing enquiry levels from potential occupiers.
Kim Winsper joins regional technology parks operator Fasset, which runs Hersham Place Technology Park, near Weybridge, in Surrey.
Hersham Place is home to 16 companies, involved in everything from smart energy metering to headhunting.

Kim, joins Fasset’s 21-strong team at Hersham Place.
She said: “I’m proud to be playing an important part in the continued development of Hersham Place. There are hundreds of people on site at any one time, creating a campus-style sense of vibrancy and community.
“We’re seeing a rise in space requirement enquiries as economic confidence starts to return, albeit cautiously, to the UK.”

Mitch Avis, Fasset’s account manager at Hersham Place, said: “Kim has already hit the ground running, which is great news, with a number of enquiries from start-ups to larger companies attracted to larger, fully managed office space. Six new companies have joined us in recent months”

Tenants include Hydro Aluminium Holdings (UK), Space Kitchens, Review Contracts, Avenir, TR Control Solutions, Motion Analysis, GEM HME, Attwood Burton, Contrimex (Overseas), Intermedia UK, STAMS, IPC Security and QuickLogic.

The anchor occupier is landlord Air Products, a global industrial gases company, which has hundreds of staff and contractors on site.

Hersham Place currently has 34,000 sq ft (10,363 sq m) of office space for larger companies, with a number of Serviced Offices available for small firms.

Managed office space tenants include gem:hme, providers of integrated media solutions to the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors and STAMS, a credit card insurance protection firm who have increased their headcount to over 100 since relocating to Hersham Place.

Fasset was selected by Air Products three years ago to regenerate its 165,000 sq ft headquarters, spread over 10 acres, by creating a campus-style environment where businesses can share centralised facilities, such as the restaurant, shop and gym.
