Channel Max chooses Hersham Technology Park

Multi-disciplined marketing agency, Channel Max Ltd has moved offices to the thriving multi-tenanted Hersham Place Technology Park.

Having undergone a two week refit, 1,200 sq ft of prime office space was rebranded to reflect the corporate brand and professional image of Channel Max; and was ready just before Christmas. The company who were previously located in nearby Woking, chose Hersham Place because of the location and excellent facilities offered to employees, such as onsite Nuffield fitness centre, café, restaurant and convenience shop. They were also impressed with the inhouse project management which delivered at every stage from initial enquiry through to occupation.

With a second location in Derby, Channel Max has ambitious growth plans in 2012 and this relocation can accommodate any additional staff and clients. The company offers innovative, bespoke marketing packages to support businesses, everything from branding to events to electronic and telemarketing; so the environment and diverse range of businesses at Hersham should suit it very well.

The arrival of Channel Max Ltd closely follows that of Navtech, who took 11,000 sq ft of space before Christmas; and provides an additional and welcome boost to the local economy. Hersham Place now has 28 businesses onsite and their smaller serviced offices maintain 100% occupancy. Hersham Place Technology Park is located in the Borough of Elmbridge in Surrey. Anchor occupier Air Products awarded regional parks operator Fasset Ltd the contract to transform their 170,000 sq ft site into a multi-tenanted business park. The Park can accommodate longer term leases, with bespoke space solutions available from 1,200ft2 to 5,650 ft2, in collaboration with letting agents Hurst Warne.
